DALLAS, TX, UNITED STATES, May 28, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Ben Caballero, founder and CEO of HomesUSA.com and the No. 1-ranked real estate agent in the U.S. every year since 2013 by RealTrends, has reached another historic milestone: more than $30 billion in total career home sales.

Caballero’s 2025 individual agent production totaled $3.671 billion, according to audited Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data across Texas. It marked his fourth consecutive year exceeding $3 billion in annual home sales and the second-highest production year of his career.

Real estate’s only three-time Guinness World Records title holder, Caballero averaged more than 20 home sales per day in 2025, seven days a week, 365 days a year. His annual sales volume equaled more than $10 million in home sales every day.

Over the last decade alone, Caballero has individually sold nearly 60,000 homes totaling $26.6 billion, a production level unmatched by any individual real estate agent in U.S. history.
