Knock Partners with Rently to Create a Fully Autonomous Touring Experience for Multifamily Renters

Innovators unite their “self-serve technologies” to enable self-guided touring for prospective renters and seamless workflow for leasing teams amidst COVID-19

We were able to quickly shift our workforce to focus on self-guided touring. With everyone safe, it was easy to drive more leases because our teams were focused, and the software is so easy.”

— Bevan White, VP of Marketing, Pegasus Residential

SEATTLE, WA, UNITED STATES, April 30, 2020 /EINPresswire.com/ — Knock, a leading front office SaaS platform for the multifamily industry, announced today that it has partnered with Rently, inventor of self-touring technology, to help multifamily operators conduct apartment tours while leasing teams work remotely. By integrating self-tour technology with their leasing management system, Knock customers can instantly deploy a "self-guided tour" option across the property’s self-scheduling channels, such as website banners, chatbot, and self-scheduling forms, allowing prospective renters to schedule their self-guided tour with just one click.

“It’s critical for our multifamily clients to maintain business continuity, and use technology to adapt and keep residents and employees safe,” said Stuart Bern, Knock’s VP of Business Development and Partnerships. “The integration with Rently allows multifamily property managers to continue with ‘business as usual’ without disrupting leasing activity and daily operations. It’s a true example of two industry innovators coming together to bring timely and effective solutions to support our customers’ immediate needs.”

The integration brings two industry-firsts together — Knock’s self-scheduling tool and Rently’s self-guided touring technology — so prospects can tour properties without requiring contact with the leasing team. This allows multifamily operators to continue standard leasing operations while upholding safety standards for front office teams, prospects, and tenants.

“Rently is able to secure and automate the self-tour, but there was still a need for leasing agents to easily communicate with prospects, and feed that information to leasing teams,” said Andre Sanchez, COO at Rently. “By partnering with Knock, we’ve closed that gap. Front office property teams can more effectively increase their tour availability times by up to 40% while streamlining workflows for on-site leasing teams.”

Converting a tour to a lease doesn’t end there and neither does the integration capabilities. When the prospect completes their tour, both Knock and Rently API’s communicate to leasing teams that a tour has been completed, prompting them to follow-up and follow the same workflow that they’re used to.

“When COVID-19 hit, we didn't have to scramble to figure out how to keep our teams safe and continue touring," said Bevan White, VP of Marketing at Pegasus Residential. "We had Knock and Rently in place, and we were able to quickly shift our workforce to focus on self-guided touring. With everyone safe, it was easy to drive more leases because our teams were focused, and the software is so easy. Ultimately it is helping us maintain and, in some cases, even boost leasing velocity during these uncertain times.”

Self-guided touring is available to all Knock customers starting week of May 4. To learn more about Knock or to schedule a demo, visit knockcrm.com. To learn more about Rently or to schedule a demo, visit use.rently.com/multifamily-self-guided-touring/.

"Our website and online presence are constantly expanding and we're excited about the new content on single-family home and residential issues city by city," explained Jason Marascio, CEO of North Texas Property Management. “New pages on Garland, Mesquite, and Carrollton make us easy-to-find for busy investors who may own homes in those Texas cities and are looking for property managers."

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN NORTH TEXAS CITY BY CITY

Here is the background for this release. While Dallas is the crown jewel of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, recent years have seen a steady expansion in the prosperous suburbs north of the city. The real estate boom in cities as diverse as Plano, Richardson, and McKinney has increased single-family home prices and created opportunities for "buy and hold" investing when it comes to real estate. Nearby communities such as Carrollton, Mesquite, and Garland have looked enviously at Plano because Plano has the services of a top-rated property management company. The "best" property management company for Carrollton, Mesquite, and Garland has its headquarters in Plano but is passionate about each and every community north of Dallas.

Gabriel Gaby Btesh Reveals Latest Construction Industry Innovations

Innovation-led construction company boss Gabriel Gaby Btesh shines a spotlight on his home nation of Panama's thriving construction industry.

PANAMA CITY, PANAMA, April 29, 2020 /EINPresswire.com/ — A renowned construction company owner from Panama City, Panama, Gabriel Gaby Btesh continues to remain at the very forefront of the nation's thriving construction industry. Bolstered by continued innovation, today largely supported by the latest advances in technology more generally, Btesh offers a closer look at the topic.

"From digital measurement devices to construction drones, innovation has transformed the construction industry, particularly in recent years," suggests Gabriel Gaby Btesh, speaking from his office in Panama City, Panama.

Dating back as far as the mid-19th century, mechanization was an early turning point for construction industry innovation, according to Gabriel Gaby Btesh. "Very early earth-moving equipment, for example," says the expert, "marked a point of major progress for those in the field."

In the years since, Gabriel Gaby Btesh goes on to point out, everything from computer-aided design to off-site fabrication and modular construction have seen the construction industry become ever more efficient and advanced.

Based in Panama City, Panama, Btesh is a more than 30 year veteran of the nation's thriving construction industry. Today at the helm of the family construction business originally established by his father, Jack Btesh, Gabriel Gaby Btesh has long been an advocate for innovation. The construction company boss has also advocated for more socially conscious approaches to construction, where an emphasis is placed on well-being and increased standards of living.

Panama, officially the Republic of Panama, is renowned for a number of incredible construction and engineering feats. The most famous of these, without a doubt, is the Panama Canal, says Gabriel Gaby Btesh. "First completed more than a century ago, and connecting the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, the Panama Canal remains one of the so-called seven wonders of the modern world," he reveals, "according to the American Society of Civil Engineers."

Initially finished in 1914, ongoing improvement and widening work on the canal continues today, with the engineering marvel now a world-famous conduit for maritime trade. "It is," says Gabriel Gaby Btesh, "arguably the single most important thing for which the Republic of Panama is known globally, at least in terms of engineering, and is testament to our nation's incredible construction industry."

So, where next for innovation in construction, both in Panama and across the rest of Central and South America, North America, and worldwide? "Robotics, I believe, will begin to play an ever-larger part in construction across the board in the coming years," Gabriel Gaby Btesh suggests.

"Elsewhere, I also expect to see significant investment into artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies," he adds, wrapping up, "which, particularly combined with robotics, drones, and similar, could mark the biggest area of industry innovation since the advent of mechanization in the mid-1800s."

One Hundred Feet Inc. Launches Latest Product – Beans Route – a Powerful Routing and Dispatch System

Beansroute reduces time and mileage by more than 20% when compared to major competitors.

The system is built utilizing the company’s comprehensive and extensive data from drivers.

Through careful planning and development, One Hundred Feet has delivered the missing layer of data for improving the last mile of logistics.”

— Akash Agarwal

PALO ALTO, CA, USA, April 29, 2020 /EINPresswire.com/ — One Hundred Feet Inc. is pleased to announce the exciting launch of its latest product – Beans Route – which is a powerful routing and dispatch system for drivers around the world.

One Hundred Feet, Inc. is a Palo Alto, California based company that is revolutionizing the last mile of transportation and logistics. The company uses their own proprietary data and leverages machine learning to solve the problem of finding the exact location of units, elevators and building entrances for apartments, hospitals, dorms or mobile home parks for public safety, logistics and telecom companies.

“Through careful planning and development, One Hundred Feet has brought the missing layer of data for improving the last mile of logistics,” says Akash Agarwal, one of the company’s founders. “Parcel delivery companies, for example, rely largely on just an address to complete the delivery. With this method, they lack information points such as exact location of the building entrance, the location of the doorstep, nature of the address (business vs residence), office hours for delivery, availability of package lockers, availability of elevators, so on and so forth. This lack of information results in extremely high cost for the last mile of delivery.”

To help drivers gain as much information about the final mile of any delivery, One Hundred Feet is excited to release its latest product, the Beans Route app, one of the most powerful, yet easy to use, routing and dispatch systems built on top of the company’s highly reputable data.

“We build this intelligent app from the ground up, interviewing hundreds of FedEx, DHL, Ontrac, and UPS drivers in the process,” states Nitin Gupta, the company's CEO. “As a result, it’s very user friendly, with over 10,000 drivers across hundreds of delivery companies using our test app to complete their routes.”

While Beans Route app allows drivers to save up to 6 minutes per delivery and reduce walking distance by over 800 feet per stop, the dispatch tools allows managers to track driver location, balance workloads and reduce overall cost of delivery operations by over 20%.

“One thing all dispatch managers love about our product is that our data and app make it as easy for a new driver to deliver to the most difficult addresses, as it would for an experienced driver who knows the address inside and out,” Gupta says. “Additionally, by being a FedEx approved vendor, we are consistently routing and assessing in real time.”

For more information about Beans Route, or to download, please visit https://www.beansroute.ai.

About the Company:

One Hundred Feet is a final mile optimization company, fundamentally changing the last leg of delivery. The company’s data helps to make deliveries easier in high density areas, such as apartments, dorms, hospitals, and hotels.
One Hundred Feet enables delivery partners to find locations of units within 10ft accuracy, find the quickest route available and improve overall delivery operations.

ASA Insurance Discussed How Homeowner Can Determine Their Earthquake Risk

Earthquake Insurance in Salt Lake City

ASA Insurance is a top provider of home insurance and earthquake insurance within the Salt Lake City area.

One of the leading providers of home insurance in Salt Lake City has shared critical information with Utah homeowners to help keep them safe from earthquakes.

Many homeowners think their home insurance covers them for earthquake damage. However, this is not usually the case.”

— Creed Anderson

SALT LAKE CITY, UNITED STATES, April 28, 2020 /EINPresswire.com/ — One of the leading providers of home insurance in Salt Lake City has shared critical information with Utah homeowners to help keep them safe from earthquakes.

Utah has thousands of fault lines that run beneath the surface, putting many homeowners at an increased risk for earthquake damage. ASA Insurance of Salt Lake City, Utah, warns consumers to be aware of this risk and make sure they are adequately covered in the event of a catastrophic event. Not everyone will be affected the same way or suffer the same degree of damage from one of these natural disasters.

Homes built within a few hundred feet of a fault line are at risk for damage if an earthquake should happen. This scenario is most likely to happen when there is a surface fault rupture, which means an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.5 or greater occurs. The building may be damaged and local flooding can result. The Wasatch Fault in Utah is the largest in the state. However, there are other smaller faults in this same area. How often a rupture is likely to occur will depend on where the property is located along the fault line. Older homes are at greater risk because they may not meet current building codes. Newer homes are more likely to survive an earthquake, but buyers should ask for any geologic studies for the area to determine their level of risk.

As Creed Anderson of ASA Insurance explains, “Many homeowners think their home insurance covers them for earthquake damage. However, this is not usually the case.” He goes on to explain they may need to look into special earthquake coverage for their home. This is purchased in addition to a standard property insurance policy, but not all providers carry earthquake insurance, so they may not mention it to consumers. However, they can provide information about how and where the policy can be purchased.

Earthquake damage can be significant, and the resulting structural damage tends to be the most complex and most costly. Water damage from flooding after an earthquake can also cause severe consequences and make a home unsafe and unlivable. It’s important for homeowners to review their risk and determine if they need additional coverage for such an event. They may also be able to have updates done to their homes to make them more resilient in an earthquake.

Anderson also recommends having a disaster plan set up if the homeowner lives along the fault line. He suggests reviewing it with the family at least once a year. It is impossible to predict when an earthquake will occur and how severe it will be even though experts have gotten better about studying this natural phenomenon. Large objects should also be secured inside the home to lessen damage and risk of injury.

Covid 19 Testing to help your business and employees safely get back to work

Environmental Mold LLC & Armour Applied Sciences Partner to Offer FDA-Approved Analysis Testing for COVID-19 in Building Surfaces

We provide as much value as we can to your company in this difficult time, developing a solution driven protocol to help assure the safe and efficient return to work for employees and customers.”

— Keith Harris

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, April 28, 2020 /EINPresswire.com/ — Institutions and companies testing for coronavirus is a smart priority in an effort to maintain the health of both employees and customers. Environmental Mold LLC & Armour Applied Sciences are risk assessment experts who are now using an FDA-approved testing of buildings.

Smart and ethical companies are taking every effort possible to keep both employees and customers healthy through a wide range of suggested measures. A new space is expanding, with Environmental Mold LLC and Armour Applied Sciences partnering to lead the way in the extended Orange County, California area, and in Ohio, in building COVID-19 testing. The companies are top indoor air quality consultants who specialize in infection control. They recently announced they are the first to offer local FDA-approved analysis under the Emergency Use Authorization for testing COVID-19 virus in surfaces in buildings. The goal is to help organizations better manage and make a best effort to eliminate the risk of transmission to employees and customers. The new service has been met with enthusiastic feedback.

“All our decisions must be based on risk assessment of real-world situations and application of the known science,” commented Scott Armour, creator of COVID-LOGIC. “Coronavirus testing of surfaces is a serious matter and getting the FDA-approval was key.

Keith Harris of Environmental Mold LLC continued, “We are here to provide as much value as we can to your company in this difficult time, so we developed a solution driven protocol to help assure the safe and efficient return to work for employees and customers.”

Armour has published four industry articles on COVID-19 in the last three weeks and developed the COVID-LOGIC risk assessment protocol.

A safety and health manager at a midwest manufacturing facility with 800 employees recently remarked, “We are so happy Scott was here to help us. The COVID-Logic LOGIC system of risk assessment and recommendations got us a 5-star review from the Public Health District inspection for compliance with the state COVID-19 protocols.”

Armour and Harris sincerely hope they can be of value to the communities they serve in this trying time by offering another angle at coronavirus risk assessment and potential reduction of transmission. They recommend contacting them to discuss and individual needs in this area and how they can best meet them.

So far the feedback has been very promising.
