reSAWN's NIGIRI shou sugi ban exterior siding made from Accoya® wood contributes a subtle, gray color pallet to a modern lake house in Wayzata, MN

TELFORD, PENNSYLVANIA, UNITED STATES, November 30, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — Overlooking the Brown Bays of Lake Minnetonka, the Wayzata Residence captures a lake house aesthetic with a light, airy color pallet and a natural, wood facade with reSAWN’s NIGIRI shou sugi ban Accoya. The private home takes advantage of the waterside views with large windows, an open deck, and a west-facing balcony that provides a winter view to Lake Minnetonka. Form meets function with transition spaces that allow the front of the house to act as a sound barrier with storage and utility areas while the back, lake facing portion of the house maximizes exposure to nature and relaxation.

To further the transitional elements of the home, Snow Kreilich specified two different widths and milling profiles of NIGIRI shou sugi ban Accoya, and the mitered corners created seamless, rectangular angles. Additionally, the gray facade combined with the white interior and exterior accents created a simple, lake house essence. Describing the project, Snow Kreilich write, “…the facade and interior finishes give the house a casual lake house atmosphere, fit for both large and intimate gatherings where visitors can admire the lake and surrounding landscaped site from the expansive patios and open living spaces.”

Accoya wood is the result of decades of research and development that has brought together a long-established, extensively proven wood modification technique and leading-edge patented technology – acetylation to create a high performance wood, ideal for outdoor use and challenging applications. CHARRED shou sugi ban Accoya combines two naturally durable solutions. By significantly enhancing the durability and dimensional stability of fast-growing and abundantly available certified wood species, Accoya wood provides compelling environmental advantages over slow-growing hardwoods (which are often unsustainably sourced), woods treated with toxic preservative chemicals, and non-renewable carbon-intensive materials such as plastics, steel and concrete.

Snow Kreilich Architects is a nationally recognized and award winning architectural studio based practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The studio was formerly Julie Snow Architects, founded in 1995 by Julie Snow. With each project led by design principals Julie Snow and Matt Kreilich, the studio focuses on producing architecture that performs against multiple measures of design success. This focus has resulted in consistent design recognition for projects that rely on a fresh and intensive design investigation of every project. They have developed shared working methodologies that result in consistently intelligent buildings that are well conceived and carefully detailed.

Bella Collina Residents Apologize to Bella Collina Developers for Filing Sham Lawsuit

Sutherin Apology Letter to Bella Collina

Sutherin Apology Letter

BELLA COLLINA, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, November 29, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — Timothy McCullough’s former clients, Bart & Kathryn Sutherin have withdrawn from the sham federal lawsuit (CSBS, et al v. Dwight C. Schar, et al case #5:17-CV-86-OC-40-PRL) and others filed by Timothy McCullough against the owner and developer of Bella Collina.

McCullough also represents or represented each and every plaintiff originally named in the federal case, including the Sutherins, and in multiple state court cases at both the trial and appellate levels. To date, the developer of Bella Collina, and or the Bella Collina POA have been the prevailing party in nearly every aspect of litigation against McCullough’s and his clients. As of the date of the apology letter that was uploaded for this post, more than half of the original Plaintiffs named in the original federal complaint filed by McCullough, have actually quit the case completely.

Furthermore, his initial co-counsel in the federal case withdrew almost immediately. Now that firm’s successor and brand-new co-counsel has requested to withdraw as well from this case after only a few months in the case. What kind of message does that send? It is very telling I must say.

All the defendants named in the federal case have either filed or joined in motions to dismiss the federal case and asked the court to abstain from exercising jurisdiction over the case because of identical McCullough filed cases in the state courts which have already been completed in actions that predate the federal case. The owner and developer of Bella Collina is providing this information to the public in this forum and in others in an effort show that Timothy McCullough’s salacious and false statements should be completely dismissed as his former clients have admitted that this entire case and others filed by him are a complete sham.

SUGAR LAND, TX: The KW Southwest Market Center, 1650 Hwy 6 North, Sugar Land, TX sets the pace for giving in their local community, primarily Fort Bend County. Their marketing focus for 2017 is "Giving Where We Live."

In the spirit of continuing this giving philosophy on #GivingTuesday, the KW Southwest agents, led by Team Lead, Chad St. Jean and Marketing Director, Kimbra Valachovic, are announcing their own nonprofit, a local charity (501(c)3) with the appropriate name, R.E.A.L. Giving.

With the new nonprofit, the goal of KW Southwest is to do more as a local office to support the needs of the community where they live. The KW Southwest Market Center is the largest real estate office in Fort Bend County.

Following the direction of the Keller Williams corporate leaders and founders, the KW Southwest office participated in multiple charity event throughout the year, either as a sponsor, attendee or volunteer.

An example of the charity work from KW Southwest staff and agents is the KW RED Day (Renew, Energize, Donate). RED Day events take place on the second Thursday in May, with over 150 local agents helping Fort Bend nonprofits and charities. Recognizing her leadership in guiding the culture of our company, RED Day is held in honor of Mo Anderson, Vice Chairman of the Board, Keller Williams Realty.

KW Southwest set a Red "Week" record in May 2017 by contributing more than $25,000 in one week with their support of Fort Bend Animal Control, Fort Bend Family Promise and the Parks Youth Ranch, along with a blood drive and Shredding Hunger at the KWSW office parking lot.

With encouragement from the corporate office, KW Southwest now formally announces the establishment of their own charity, which will provide even more support to nonprofits in Fort Bend County. Mike Wong, President of the Board for the new charity says, "We will follow the foundation and culture established by our corporate charity, KW Cares."

Other KW Southwest agents on the leadership board, each of which has experience in working with 501(c)(3) organizations, include Kimbra Valachovic, Vice President of the Board, Linda Day, Danielle Durocher, Carolyn McEathron, Sharon Parker and Krista Ales.

"It really fits our culture, Giving Where We Live, and everything we have accomplished so far," says Kimbra Valachovic. "R.E.A.L. Giving started with donated funds from top producers in the KW Southwest office and is open to like-minded agents from any office in Fort Bend County."
